Children's Court Mediation Children's Court Mediation

The New Mexico Children’s Court Mediation Program is a partnership between the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) and the Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD). The program is a resource for families, CYFD staff and the courts as they work together on issues related to the safety and well being of children involved in the child abuse and neglect cases. Mediation in child abuse and neglect cases is available statewide in all thirteen judicial districts.
